All you need is:
60g butter, softened + 15ml water + Peanut Butter pouch (included) =
Prep time 10min
Baking time 10-12 min

3 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. It's baking time!
1. Stir cookie mix, butter, water & the peanut butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until just combined. Use your hands to fully mix to form a soft dough. Do not eat unbaked dough.
2. Measure tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a baking tray, spacing about 3cm apart. Makes 12 cookies
3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on tray for 10 minutes, then gently remove from tray onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Delicious!
These were incredibly easy to bake! I loved the subtlety of the peanut butter the cookies came out amazing. One box yielded 12 smallish cookies great value for money
Nice tasty treat
I've used betty crocker cake mixes before, but not cookie ones. just add butter and water to the contents. I like bigger cookies so mix made 8. it tastes like a cross between a sugar biscuit and Cookie. Nice quick treat easy to make and enjoy.
Deliciously crunchy
Super easy to make, you just need to add a bit of water and softened butter. I kept them longer in the oven than the time advised on the packer because I like them crunchy. They taste great and it's difficult to stop eating them.
Easy and Delicious
I'm a very amateur cook but even I managed to make a good go of these. The supplied peanut butter had a hole in the sachet but luckily I had an open jar I could use. It needed a bit more water than the recipe said but it turned out so well. I was worried that the peanut butter would overpower them but it was absolutely delicious.

These were easy to make with just butter. They were very tasty.
Betty Crocker PB Cookie Mix
This was my first time using a cookie mix as I usually try cake mixes. I was sadly very disappointed the mix only made 12 cookies for all the fuss of preparing it. While I'm not an expert baker, I found it MUCH easier and simpler to prepare a peanut butter cookies recipe from scratch and it tastes much better than this, produces more for my efforts, and costs the same if not less... Overall this mix was a loser. I'm very surprised and disappointed in Betty Crocker.
