poor quality

Very disappointing from a well known brand, Andrex! Talk about reducing quality for the same extortionate price. I'll be sticking to supermarket own brands, only bought Andrex, coz own brand was out of stock..

shockingly thin

I normally buy Cushelle whichis fabulous. Had to buy this for downstairs toilet as Cushelle rolls are double the size and don't fit on my toilet roll holder. OMG I was shocked as I thought this was a well known good brand. So thin you have to use twice as much as my Cushelle toilet paper. Embarassing as it's the toilet visitors to the house would use. I will have to 1/2 use a Cushelle roll and then move it to the downstairs toilet :)

very poor

Goodness I was expecting better from Andrex. I will be sticking to supermarket own brands from now. This was ridiculously thin.
