Smooth and chocolatey and great value, often £1 on promotion. Long life too so good to stock up on them when on sale.

Great alternative to chocolate custard

Useful to keep as dessert custard as long life dates. Great alternative to normal custard the price is a little high

Smoothly does it

I really like the intense flavour of the dark chocolate ones and so these are next best as not rich enough in flavour for me. They too have a custard-like smooth texture (not airy mousse-like) and taste best chilled though these can be stored in a cupboard for a long time so good to keep as a standby or a dairy-free treat. Nice with a dollop of whipped cream.
