Allinson's Sourdough

Allinson’s was founded in 1892 by ‘rebel baker’ Thomas Allinson. We've used a simple recipe and a long fermentation process to create our authentic white sourdough bread with no added yeast, featuring a tangy flavour. With no added sugar, our white sourdough bread is a source of fibre made with wheat and rye flour, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

To freeze, please over wrap the entire pack in a plastic bag and use within 1 month. To thaw, remove the outer plastic bag and place bread on a wire rack until completely defrosted. Did you know, you can also toast slices straight from the freezer?
