Do not reheat. Cooking instructions are a guideline only.; Microwave - From Frozen. Place 2 bao buns onto a microwavable container, cover and cook for 30 - 50 seconds.; Steam - From Frozen. Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place bao buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing bao buns.; Steam - From Chilled. Defrost at room temperature for 2 hours. Line steamer with greaseproof paper & preheat. Place bao buns in the steamer and cover with lid. Steam for 5-7 minutes. Be careful of hot steam when removing bao buns.
