Recipe for (Light) Beef Soup

- Salt and Ground red Pepper
Method:
1. Cut meat into pieces, wash and put them in a clean pot.
2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper to your desired taste.
3. Add water to the level of contents in pot and steam for about 15 minutes stirring regularly.
4. Add more water and allow to cook until meat is tender
How to Serve
Serve with cooked Tropiway instant Plantain Fufu. You may simply put the soup over the fufu and enjoy by consuming small pieces at a time.

Hob - From Ambient. Bring a cup of water to boil in a saucepan. Divide water into two parts. Add 113g flour to heated water in saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon.
Gradually add remaining heated water and stir. Place over medium heat and knead thoroughly for about 4 mins or until smooth but thick consistency is achieved. For stiffer Fufu, use a little less water or add a little more Fufu flour.
Allow to cool and serve.

Place over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon for about 4 minutes or until a smooth but thick consistency is achieved.
